He has delivered projects addressing constitutional and governance issues, human rights, environmental protection, access to information, and public participation, while enhancing the skills and capacities of diverse and marginalised communities. He adds value by designing and implementing robust monitoring and evaluation systems, developing MERL frameworks, and supporting resource mobilisation to ensure programs are well-resourced, accountable, and impactful.

Previously, Dennis worked as a MERL Consultant with the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) Kenya, supporting organisational learning, donor reporting, and program effectiveness. Across these roles, he has consistently strengthened systems, supported evidence-based decision-making, and enhanced organisational impact. Dennis combines strong analytical skills with clear communication, ensuring that data and research inform decisions and drive meaningful change.

He has authored articles, contributed to research publications, and presented at conferences on topics including monitoring and evaluation, civic engagement, and evidence-based policy.
